Looking for a strength class that is as effective as it is fun? Spoke’s bootcamp class is a high intensity interval workout that focuses on high reps and low weights to maximize toning and increase strength. Exercises alternate between weights and cardio and each day focuses on different muscle groups to achieve the hustler results and minimize risk of injuries.

We offer complimentary towel & shoe service (for cycle). Our pedals accommodate only cycle shoes (no sneakers) with SPD or LOOK Delta clips. Registration is required for class. Bikes, mats and rowers are first come, first serve.
